- Working Hours: 40 hours weekly, from Monday to Friday
- Student Age Group: Middle School
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and culturally rich French language curriculum.
- Deliver high-quality instruction that facilitates students' development of French language skills.
- Design and administer assessments to measure student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Integrate cultural components into lessons to broaden students' understanding of French-speaking cultures.
- Utilize technology to enhance language instruction and create interactive learning experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain open communication with parents to provide updates on student progress.
- Participate in or lead extracurricular activities related to French language and culture.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in French or a related field.
- Massachusetts State Certification in French.
- Previous experience teaching French at the middle school level is preferred.
- Proficiency in French language and a deep understanding of French culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
